Typically, new accounts are screened and activated within 1-4 hours, although the process may be faster in most cases. If we require additional verification information, we will notify you via email within 24 hours. As soon as your order is activated, we will send you an email containing your account information. For new dedicated servers, the installation, configuration, and testing process generally takes up to 72 hours. If either duration has passed and you have not yet received your welcome email, please contact us immediately.
