Domain names are set to automatically renew every year. If you do not wish to renew your domain on its expiration date, please submit a ticket to our billing department at least 7 days prior to the renewal date, so we can cancel it within our system.
Even if you have transferred your domain name to another provider, we still need to be notified, otherwise we may continue to bill you for it.
