To create a new hosting account under your reseller account, follow these simple steps:
1. Visit the WHM login page by going to https://yourdomainname:2087 (replace "yourdomainname" with your actual domain name).
2. Click on "Account Functions" and then "Create Account."
3. Enter the domain name you want to create the account for. This domain should not be created anywhere else, such as an add-on or parked domain.
4. Choose a username for the account. The username should be a maximum of 8 characters long and include at least one number.
5. Select a strong and secure password. A secure password should be longer than 8 characters and include a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols such as %, ^, &, #, (, ), $, !, +, and =. For example, "B%T-B_(Hq#63" is a secure password (Note: Do not use this example password).
6. Enter the contact email for the account. If this is for a customer, enter their email address.
7. Choose a package for the account. If you haven't created a package yet, refer to our knowledgebase article on creating a package.
8. Click on "Create Account."
Congratulations! You have successfully created a new hosting account under your reseller account.
