Unable to send email?

If you're experiencing difficulty sending emails through the mail server for your domain (such as mail.yourdomain.com) or receiving a "time out" error message when attempting to send emails, it's likely due to an issue with port 25 for outgoing emails. As more ISPs are blocking outbound emails that don't originate from their SMTP (outbound) mail servers, this problem is becoming more common.

To resolve this issue, we've standardized a second port for sending emails on all our servers. To fix the issue, you'll need to access your account settings and find the SMTP email option that specifies port 25, changing it to 26. If you continue to experience issues, please don't hesitate to submit a ticket through the account centre.
