If you still wish to cancel your service, you can do so by following these simple steps:
1. Log into our customer portal at https://ac.qiblahost.com/clientarea.php
2. Click on Services -> My Services
3. Select the service you wish to cancel by clicking the green "Active" button (if the plan is already suspended, find the orange "Suspended" button instead).
4. On the left-hand actions column, you will find a link to "Request Cancellation." Please fill out the form and submit it.
Once you've submitted the cancellation request, our management team will be notified and will handle your request as soon as possible. We're sorry to see you go, but we wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Remember, you're always welcome back to QiblaHost anytime.
